The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan has decided to restore from January 1, 2022 the unilateral visa-free regime introduced by the Republic of Kazakhstan for citizens of 57 countries (the list is attached), including citizens of the Republic of Latvia.
In accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 148 dated January 21, 2012, citizens of these 57 countries can enter, stay and leave the territory of Kazakhstan without visas, if the period of their stay does not exceed thirty calendar days from the moment of crossing the State border of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a total of ninety calendar days during each period of one hundred and eighty calendar days.
