The purpose of the visit: International transportation (B4)
IMPORTANT: The issuance of a driver's visa for the purpose of international transportation in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan is necessary both for citizens and non-citizens of the Republic of Latvia.
1.Passport (valid for at least 3 months from the date of expiry of the visa, at least 2 free pages in the passport) and a copy of the passport;
2. Application form with one actual photograph (3.5 * 4.5);
3. A letter of application addressed to the Consular section of Kazakhstan in Latvia on company’s letterhead asking for visa with the information about the driver - full name, date of birth, passport number, purpose of the trip, period of requested visa;
4. License of a Latvian company for international transportation (copy);
5. Permit for international transportation in Kazakhstan (copy);
6. A vehicle registration document (copy);
7. A driving license (copy);
8. Consular fee payment document (original).
Visa processing time – 5 working days.
The purpose of the visit: visa for permanent residence in the Republic of Kazakhstan (B8)
single - up to 90 days and the right to stay in the Republic of Kazakhstan for the whole period,
multiple - up to 90 days and the right to stay on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the whole period;
1.Passport (valid for at least 3 months from the date of expiry of the visa, at least 2 free pages in the passport) and a copy of the passport;
2. Application form with one actual photograph (3.5 * 4.5);
3. An application for a permanent residence in the Republic of Kazakhstan;

The purpose of the visit: Private (B10)
single - up to 90 days and the right to stay in the Republic of Kazakhstan for the whole period,
multiple - up to 180 days and the right to stay in the Republic of Kazakhstan up to 90 days during each entry;
1. Passport (valid for at least 3 months from the date of expiry of the visa, at least 2 free pages in the passport) and a copy of the passport;
2. Application form with one actual photograph (3.5 * 4.5);
3. Invitation issued by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan / persons traveling to the Republic of Kazakhstan for a funeral or illness of relatives provide supporting documents (medical certificate of death, medical certificate of illness, document confirming the degree of relationship);
4. Consular fee payment document (original).
For children under 6 years of age a visa is issued free of charge.

The purpose of the visit: Private (C10) (multiple - up to three years and with the right to stay on the territory of Republic of Kazakhstan for the whole period). Issued to ethnic Kazakhs in the presence of supporting documents (birth certificate, etc.).

3. An application addressed to the Consular section of Kazakhstan in Latvia;

The purpose of the visit: Tourism (B12)
single - up to 90 days and the right to stay in the Republic of Kazakhstan up to 30 days;
multiple - up to 90 days and the right to stay in the Republic of Kazakhstan up to 30 days during each entry;
1. Passport (valid for at least 3 months from the date of expiry of the visa, at least 2 free pages in the passport) and a copy of the passport;
2. Application form with one actual photograph (3.5 * 4.5);
3. A copy of the invitation from the Republic of Kazakhstan with the visa support number of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
4. Consular fee payment document (original).

Visa processing time – 5 working days.
The purpose of the visit: Transit (B13)
single - up to 90 days and the right to stay in the Republic of Kazakhstan during 5 days in one direction;
multiple - up to 180 days and the right to stay in the Republic of Kazakhstan during 5 days in one direction;
1. Passport (valid for at least 3 months from the date of expiry of the visa, at least 2 free pages in the passport) and a copy of the passport;
2. Application form with one actual photograph (3.5 * 4.5);
3. An application addressed to the Consular section of Kazakhstan in Latvia;
4. The presence in the passport of a visa to a third country (if necessary) and a travel ticket. In the case of traveling from one country to another through the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan on a private vehicle, instead of a travel ticket, a driver's license and documents confirming the right to drive a vehicle (a copy of the technical passport of the vehicle) are provided;
5. A driving license (copy);
6. Consular fee payment document (original).

Visa processing time – 5 working days.
The purpose of the visit: Family reunification visa (C2)
single - up to 90 days and the right to stay in the Republic of Kazakhstan for the whole period,
multiple - up to 1 year and the right to stay on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the whole period;
1. Passport (valid for at least 3 months from the date of expiry of the visa, at least 2 free pages in the passport) and a copy of the passport;
2. Application form with one actual photograph (3.5 * 4.5);
3. Application of the inviting person addressed to the Consulate of Kazakhstan in Latvia;
4. A notarized copy of the identity document of the inviting person and family members;
5. A notarized copy of the temporary residence permit of the inviting person.
6. Confirmation that the inviting person has money for the maintenance of each family member per month in the amount of at least the minimum wage established by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
7. Confirmation that the inviting person has housing on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the area of which meets the established minimum standards for each family member, as well as sanitary and other standards established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan (notarized copy);
8. Medical insurance;
9. A document confirming the presence or absence of a criminal record for adult family members;
10. A document confirming family relations with the inviting person;
11. Original receipt of payment of the consular fee.
Children under 6 years of age receive a visa free of charge.
The term for issuing a visa is 5 working days.
Purpose of trip: To work (C3)
single entry - up to 90 days, with the right to stay on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the entire period;
multiple - up to 3 years, with the right to stay on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the entire period
1. Passport (valid for at least 3 months from the date of expiration of the visa, at least 2 free pages in the passport) and a copy of the passport;
2. Application form with one actual photograph (3.5 * 4.5);
3. A copy of the invitation of the host party with the number of visa support of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
4. Original receipt of payment of the consular fee.
Children under 6 years of age receive a visa free of charge.

Purpose of travel: Business immigrants (C5)
single entry - up to 90 days with the right to stay on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the entire period;
multiple - up to 2 years, with the right to stay on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the entire period
1. Passport (valid for at least 3 months from the date of expiration of the visa, at least 2 free pages in the passport) and a copy of the passport;
2. Application form with one actual photograph (3.5 * 4.5);
3. A copy of the invitation of the host party with the number of visa support of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
4. Medical documents confirming the absence of diseases, the presence of which the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan prohibits the entry of foreigners and stateless persons into the Republic of Kazakhstan (https://adilet.zan.kz/rus/docs/V1100007274);
5. Medical insurance;
6. Certificate of no criminal record;
7. A document confirming the presence or absence of a ban on entrepreneurial activities based on a court decision;
8. Original receipt of payment of the consular fee.
