IN ACCORDANCE WITH PARAGRAPH 7, ARTICLE 554, PARAGRAPH 2 OF THE TAX CODE OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN APPROVED BY DECREE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN No. 99-IV dated December 10, 2008, PAID AMOUNTS OF THE CONSULAR CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
In this regard, before paying financial resources for certain consular activities to the bank account of the Embassy of the Kazakhstan, please carefully study the information of interest on consular services, including consular fees and bank account details.
Applications for the refund of funds on erroneously transferred or overpaid amounts of consular fees, as well as claims on this issue will not be considered.
