PURPOSE
This state service is provided by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and foreign diplomatic missions of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
LIST OF DOCUMENTS FOR OBTAINING VISA TO THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN
To obtain a visa to enter the Republic of Kazakhstan, you must provide:
1) visa application form with a 3.5cm x 4.5cm size colour or black and white photo;
2) copy of invitation form processed through the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (invitation should have a number and date of issue);
3) a valid passport, or other identity document recognised as such by the Republic of Kazakhstan;
4) receipt copy of consular fee payment;
Consular fees are not refundable (in accordance with paragraph 7 of Article 629 of the Tax code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 25.12.2017 No. 120-VI of the Tax code).
APPLICATION PROCESSING TIME
Up to 5 (five) working days.
In case the coordinating state body does not provide an answer within the specified period, the state service is provided within 1 working day after receiving the approval.
