The consular fee must be paid in euros (EUR) by bank transfer to the account of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Kingdom of Norway.

the payment must be made in euros (EUR);
all bank charges must be paid by the applicant. The Embassy must receive the full amount of the applicable consular fee;

In accordance with Article 678, paragraph 7, of the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 18 July 2025, consular fees paid are non-refundable, including in cases where the consular service is refused.
