Requesting Documents from the Republic of Kazakhstan

• A written application (in free form).
• 3 completed copies of the application form (all answers must be complete and accurate, in Kazakh or Russian).
•  A copy of the identity document of the applicant, legal representative, or authorised person.
• A copy of a document confirming family relationship between the applicant and the person whose documents are being requested (if applicable).
• The original of a document confirming the authority of a legal representative or authorised person (if the request is submitted by someone other than the person entitled to receive the documents).
• The applicant’s (or their legal representative’s or authorised person’s) written consent for the collection and processing of personal data (in free form).
• A copy of the requested document (if available).
• The original receipt confirming payment of the consular fee.

* Death certificates may be requested by the deceased person’s relatives or by legal entities for official purposes.
* Requests concerning minors or persons legally declared incapacitated must be submitted by their legal representatives (parents, guardians, or custodians).

• Up to 4 months

If additional verification is required by the state authorities or organisations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, or if document delivery by post requires additional time, the processing period may be extended by no more than 30 calendar days. Applicants will be notified accordingly.

Submission of documents (by appointment): Daily (except Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays, as well as public holidays) from 09.30 to 13.00 pm.

Issuance of ready documents (without appointment): from 15.00 to 17.30 pm.
