For the reclaim / apostille of documents it is necessary to provide the following documents:
1. Application - 2 copies;
2. Application form - 4 copies;
3. Copy of the identity document (passport, Tarjeta NIE) - 2 copies;
4. A copy of the document sought (if available) - 2 copies;
5. "Banco Santander" receipt for payment of the consular fee of 55 euros (for demanding - 25 euros, for apostillation - 30 euros);
6. Paid envelope with return address (if documents are registered by mail).
The period for demanding a document is up to 5 months.
