THE FOCAL POINT – MULTILATERAL COOPERATION

On February 28, 2023 the Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Indonesia Daniyar Sarekenov met with Tri Tharyat, Director General for Multilateral Cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Indonesia.

At the meeting, the diplomats discussed issues of cooperation within international organisations, including mutual support for candidacies for various global and regional institutions.

The interlocutors noted the importance of consultations on the main issues of the international agenda, as well as the high level of relations between the two states achieved in recent years. In closing the meeting, the parties expressed their readiness to continue mutually beneficial cooperation in the international arena for the benefit of the two countries.
