To obtain a Visa to Kazakhstan applicants should submit to the Consular Section of the Embassy the following documents:
1. Copy of invitation letter issued by host organization/private person in Kazakhstan. The original copy of the letter should be submitted to the Immigration of Kazakhstan;
2. Application form- 1 set;
3. Original Passport + copy;
4. One passport sized photo (3,5x4,5 white background);
5. Sponsor letter;
6. Copy of work permit (working visa) /copy of marriage/birth certificates for accompanying spouse and child;
7. Fees.
To obtain Visa there are following requirements:
-The applicant should come personally;
- The applicant should submit the request letter from his/her company, travel agency or on his/her own behalf (for social visits);
Processing of the Visa at the Embassy takes 5 working days except in cases of heavy volume of visa applications or when visa data is not fed into the electronic visa system or if there is some electronic mistake in name of person, in name of inviting organization, etc.
Urgent procedure is not available.
