Reception days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday.
The time for receiving documents is from 09.30 to 12.30, and documents are issued from 14.00 to 16.00.
Non-operational days: Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
