Please be kindly informed that the order for entering Kazakhstan has been changed since 10 February 2022.
Visa-free regime applicable for Hong Kong citizens who are planning their journey within 14 days period.
In case the Hong Kong citizen is willing to stay more than 14 days in Kazakhstan, the following documents have to be provided to the General Consulate of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Hong Kong (25/F, Wyndham Place, 40-44 Wyndham Str. Central, Hong Kong) for obtaining the visa:
- A completed visa application form № 1 and form №2;
- A verbal note or invitation letter (visa support) from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan or letter of request, which is applicable only for nationals in the list for B1 and B3 visas;
- A cover letter from the applicant's company with a request to issue a visa briefly summarizing the purpose of visiting, including information about the company (please attach a copy of valid BR of the company);
- One passport-size photo (in color) of the applicant;
- An original passport of the applicant (please note that the passport must be valid at least three months after visa's date of expiry);
- Copy of the applicant's passport (first page);
- Copy of the applicant's Hong Kong or Macao Identity Card;
- Address proof (e.g. copy of the utility bill);
- Visa fee payment confirmation (bank slip);
- Notarized copy of the contracts, treaties, agreements in Kazakh or Russian languages (only for B2 visa).
Visa’s fee: single entry - 80 USD, multiple entries - 200 USD.
