The voting will take place in accordance with Decree No. 1338 of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan K.K. Tokayev dated July 1, 2026.

Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan who have reached the age of 18, permanently residing or temporarily staying on the territory of the following federal states of Germany, are eligible to vote:
