Consular registration

Purpose:

Protection of rights and legitimate interests of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
Comprehensive assistance to citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan in exercising all rights granted by the legislation of the host state, international treaties to which the Republic of Kazakhstan and the host state are parties, as well as international customs.

Types:

Permanent registration – for persons who have moved abroad for permanent residence and have obtained authorization from internal affairs bodies for permanent relocation;
Temporary registration – for persons who have gone abroad for temporary stay (study, business trip, medical treatment, tourism, etc.).

LIST OF DOCUMENTS FOR REGISTRATION

For permanent consular registration:

Completed registration card
Identity document;
Decision of the internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan on authorization for permanent residence outside the Republic of Kazakhstan;

ATTENTION: If you have not been registered for more than three years since your arrival in Germany, it is necessary to provide a certificate from German authorities (Negativbescheinigung) confirming that you are recognized as a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan and have not applied for German citizenship.
