- In the presence of obligations to family members who are alimony recipients – an agreement on the payment of alimony concluded in the manner prescribed by Chapter 22 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Marriage (Spouses) and Family" (hereinafter referred to as the Code), if family members whom the applicant is legally obligated to maintain reside permanently in the Republic of Kazakhstan. If an agreement is not reached, the applicant must submit a court decision establishing the amount of alimony in a fixed monetary sum, a lump-sum alimony payment, the provision of specific property towards alimony, payment of alimony in another manner, or a court finding that there are no statutory impediments to the applicant's departure.
- A settlement agreement concluded with the creditor and approved by a court; an agreement on the settlement of the dispute with the creditor through mediation; documents confirming the execution of the enforcement or other requirements of the writ of execution; documents confirming the cancellation of the decision of the relevant authority on the basis of which the writ of execution was issued, if the citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan is a debtor in enforcement proceedings.
- Conclusion of the guardianship and trusteeship authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan on taking into account the opinion of a child who has reached the age of ten, when making a decision regarding their departure with parents or other legal representatives.
- When minor citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan (under the age of 18) depart for permanent residence together with one of the parents (guardian, trustee) – a notarized consent of the other parent residing in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In the absence of consent, the departure of the minor may be authorized through judicial proceedings.
- Document confirming payment of the consular fee.
- Identity document (for identity verification).
Upon accepting the passport of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan and/or the birth certificate or birth confirmation of a child, the service provider reproduces their copies and returns the originals to the service recipient.
The original national identity card of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall be confiscated.
In case of absence, loss, or expiration of the national identity card or passport of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the service recipient shall submit a written explanation in free form.
