Between Kazakhstan and the Netherlands more than 25 international documents in the field of economy and finance, investment promotion, transport, innovation and technological cooperation, etc. have been concluded
Main documents:
- Convention between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Kingdom of the Netherlands for the avoidance of the double taxation and the prevention of tax evasion on income and capital. Signed in Almaty on April 24, 1996. Entered into force on April 27, 1997;
- Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands on international road traffic. Signed in Astana on June 14, 2000. Entered into force September 2003;
- Agreement on the encouragement and mutual protection of investments between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Kingdom of the Netherlands. Signed at The Hague on 27 November 2002. Entered into force on August 1, 2007;
4. Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands on cooperation and administrative mutual assistance in customs matters. Signed at The Hague on November 27, 2002. Entered into force on August 1, 2005.
the Netherlands ratified the Agreement on Enhanced Partnership and Cooperation between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the EU on March 22, 2018, signed on December 21, 2015 in Nur-Sultan.
