Consular accounting (link to the rules)

The purpose of the consular records of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan abroad is:

1) protection of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) all assistance by citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan all rights granted by the legislation of the state of stay and international treaties, the participants of which are the Republic of Kazakhstan and the state of stay, as well as international customs.

Types of consular records

Permanent consular accounting for persons who have gone to a permanent place of residence abroad and issued permission of the internal affairs bodies to travel to permanent residence.

Temporary consular accounting for persons who went abroad for temporary stay (study, business trip, treatment, tourist trip, etc.).

List of documents for the registration of consular records

A citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan can receive this service in electronic format through the Electronic Government web portal.

When applying in electronic form, the service recipient is applied to the web portal of the "Electronic Government" www.egov.kz.

For registration for permanent consular records:

1) Application (download)

2) completed account card (download)

3) the original and a copy of the identification document or an electronic document from the digital documents service (for identification certificates or passport)

4) color photo 3 × 4 cm - 1 pcs

5) the decision of the internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the preparation of documents for traveling outside the Republic of Kazakhstan for permanent residence (for reconciliation) (more details by links https://adilet.zan.kz/rus/docs/z1100000477#z506);

6) a copy of the document confirming the registration in the UAE (resident visa)

For registration for temporary consular records:

1) Application (download)

2) completed account card (download)

3) the original and a copy of the identification document or an electronic document from the digital documents service (for identification certificates or passport)

4) color photo 3 × 4 cm - 1 pcs

5) a certificate from the place of work or study;

6) a copy of the document confirming the registration in the UAE (resident visa)

List of documents for deregistration from consular records

A citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan can receive this service in electronic format through the Electronic Government web portal.

When applying in electronic form, the service recipient is applied to the web portal of the "Electronic Government" www.egov.kz.

1) an application in an arbitrary form

2) the original and a copy of the identification document or an electronic document from the digital documents service (for identification certificates or passport)

3) liner to a passport of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan with a stamp on registration (if any)

The deadline for the provision of public services

Through the service provider - 2 working days;

Through the portal egov.kz - 1 working day.

Payment of consular fees

The service is provided free of charge
