The public service for the registration of a passport is provided by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan through foreign countries of the Republic of Kazakhstan to citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

• permanently residing outside the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• receiving education in educational institutions located on the territory of foreign states;
• working in foreign countries under an employment contract;
• minors, in the case of their birth outside the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• family members of these persons living with them;
• which is members of the family of a foreigner living outside the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• relatives of the diplomatic service personnel living along with the staff of the diplomatic service abroad;
• persons who are not capable of self -service in connection with advanced age (elderly), and persons who have a violation of health with a persistent disorder of the body's functions, limiting their livelihoods, as well as persons who care for close relatives who are not capable of self -service;
• detained or detained, arrest, as well as serving sentences in penitentiary institutions in the territory of a foreign state.

 

ATTENTION!!!

 

Registration of identity card and driving licence of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan is not within the competence of the Consulate General. For this purpose it is necessary to apply to the branches of NAO "State Corporation "Government for Citizens" in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

 

Investors, partners, company owners, property owners, tourists, etc. CANNOT apply for passport renewal through the Consulate.

 

To obtain a passport you must have permanent registration (propiska) in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In case of loss/loss of passport you must provide a document issued by the local UAE police about the loss/loss of passport. (legalisation is mandatory)

Important note - Labour contract must be from the UAE Ministry of Human Resources (MOHRE) or if you are working in Free Zone, you must provide Labour contract with the Free Zone Administration (HR department).

All documents of foreign origin are subject to legalisation or apostille with translation into the Kazakh or Russian language.

 

List of documents for minor children, in the case of their birth outside the Republic of Kazakhstan

3. 2 photographs on glossy paper with a size of 3.5x4.5 cm. (Important !!! The photo should correspond to the age of the applicant, be without “corners”, on a light background in dark clothing; face image size is 75% of the photo);
4. Copies of parents' passports;
5. Copies of resident visa of the UAE;
6. A copy of the birth certificate of the RK;
7. A copy of the marriage certificate (note: all documents of foreign origin, are subject to legalization or apostille with a translation into state or Russian);

List of documents for working in foreign states under an employment contract

3. 2 photographs on glossy paper with a size of 3.5x4.5 cm. (Important !!! The photo should correspond to the age of the applicant, be without “corners”, on a light background in dark clothing; face image size is 75% of the photo);
4. A copy of the passport; (Important! In the case of loss/loss, a document is required from the Local Police of the UAE on the loss/loss of the passport and if the document is foreign, it is necessary to provide a legalized or apostilized document with a translation into the state or Russian language).
5. Copies of the UAE resident visa;
6.
