List of documents:
1) application;
2) documents certifying the identities of divorcing marriage (marriage) (original and copies);
3) upon divorce of the marriage of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan and a foreigner, along with the presentation of an identity document of a foreigner, a notarized translation of the text of the document in the Kazakh or Russian languages is provided;
4) witness about marriage (marriage) original;
5) a document confirming the payment of consular fees. (90 $ / 333 AED)

An application for state registration of divorce (marriage) is accepted only by mutual agreement of spouses who do not have common minor children in the absence of property disputes and other claims to each other.
