State registration of marriage (marriage) abroad (link to the rules)
List of documents:
1) application;
2) documents certifying the individuals entering into marriage (marriage) (original and copies);
3) when registering the marriage of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan and a foreigner, along with the presentation of a document certifying a foreigner, a notarized translation of the text of the document in the Kazakh or Russian languages is provided;
4) certificates of marriage legal capacity entering into marriage (marriage) issued by authorized bodies. If one of the citizens is a foreign citizen, then it is necessary to provide a legalized or apostilled document with a translation into the state or Russian language;
5) a document confirming the termination of previous marriage (if any): a certificate of divorce (marriage) or a court decision on divorce (marriage) with a note on entry into legal force, a certificate of death of a spouse or a court decision on invalidation, announcement one of the spouses dead or recognition as missing (legalized or apostilled with a translation into state or Russian);
6) a document confirming the payment of consular fees (35 $ / 130 AED)
7) if it is necessary to reduce or extend the period of registration of marriage (marriage) of the Republic of Kazakhstan established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a document confirming the grounds for reducing or extending the term: certificate of the medical-qualification commission on pregnancy, a certificate of health, documents, a copy of the birth certificate of a child confirming Other special circumstances (with translation into state or Russian).
The deadline for the provision of public services is 15 calendar days

2) it is necessary to get acquainted with the rights and obligations as future spouses and parents (Article 29 of the Code of Marriage (Waspness) and the Family of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 26, 2011 No. 518-IV.), On the right to conduct a mutual agreement of the medical examination (Article 12 of the Code) , as well as on the right to conclude a marriage contract that determines the property rights and obligations of spouses in marriage (marriage) and in case of divorce (Article 39 and Article 28 of the Code, respectively)
3) on a joint statement of persons who entered into marriage (marriage), in the presence of special circumstances (pregnancy, birth of a child, a direct danger to the life of one of the parties and other special circumstances) confirmed by relevant documents, the service provider at the place of state registration of marriage (marriage ) appoints marriage (marriage) before the expiration of fifteen calendar days or increases this period, but not more than fifteen calendar days on the basis of a written statement of service recipients
