List of documents
To register the birth of a child for two months, and in the case of the birth of a dead child - no later than five days from the moment of birth:
1) application;
2) a medical certificate of birth (legalized in the UAE Foreign Ministry and with a translation into state or Russian);
3) documents proving the identity of the parents (original and copies);
4) if one of the parents of the child is a citizen of a foreign state, a notarized transfer of the document to the Kazakh, or Russian language;
5) certificate of marriage (marriage) of parents (original and copy); A certificate of marriage issued by a competent institution of a foreign state is adopted if there is a legalization or apostille with a translation into the state or Russian language;
6) if one of the parents of the child is a citizen of a foreign state, notarized consent for receiving a certificate of Kazakhstan (legalized and with a translation into the state or Russian language);
7) notarized by the power of attorney, in the case of an appeal of a representative of the service recipient;
8) a document confirming the payment of consular fees. (25 $ / 93 AED dirham)
All documents of foreign origin first go through the legalization procedure in the UAE Foreign Ministry, after a translation is made to state or Russian languages (the translation must be made in translation agencies). Then the documents are legalized by the Consulate General of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Dubai.

In case of violation of the time of registration of the birth of the child, the written explanatory parents, compiled in any form, is additionally submitted.
