Permanent residence visa

Information about a permanent residence visa of category "B8" in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

• Recipients are persons traveling to the Republic of Kazakhstan for permanent residence.
• Validity - up to 90 days (single entry, for the entire validity period of the visa).
• Validity - up to 90 days (multiple entry, for the entire validity period of the visa).

The visa is issued by foreign missions of the Republic of Kazakhstan after coordination with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The package of documents submitted to the Consular Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of India for coordination with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan includes:

1. Application form for the issuance of a permanent residence permit in the Republic of Kazakhstan (one photo should be pasted, color, size 3.5x4.5 centimeters).

To be completed by the Applicant. Complete and reliable information is indicated in the questionnaire. The questionnaire should be completed in block letters without correction in Russian/English. An incorrectly filled questionnaire and / or indicating in it incomplete or unreliable data may serve as a refusal to issue a permit.

Single entry visa - 180 $ USD

Multiple entry visa - 300 $ USD

On the basis of the international principle of reciprocity (reciprocal provision of equal conditions for issuing visas to citizens of two states), Japanese citizens are exempted from paying a consular fee, separate tariffs for consular fees are established for US citizens (the fees should be specified before applying for a visa).

• The paid sums of consular fees are not refundable.
• For the registration of a visa, a photocopy of the child's birth certificate is delivered to the juvenile.

Passports are issued at the reception hours of the Consular Section PERSONALLY to the Applicant.
