The Consular Section of the Embassy of Kazakhstan in India informs that the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On dactyloscopic and genomic registration» came into force on January 1, 2024.
According to subparagraph 6 of paragraph 2 of Article 10 of the Law, foreigners and stateless persons are subject to mandatory fingerprint registration when obtaining visas.
