To issue a power of attorney, the applicant provides:

• Application;
• The original and a copy of the applicant's passport;
• A copy of the identity document of the authorized person.

• Сertification of authenticity of signature on documents (each document) – 25 EUR;
• Сertification the accuracy of translation of documents from one language to another – 35 EUR;
• Certification of accuracy of copies of documents and extracts from documents (each document) – 25 EUR;
• Сertify transactions (agreements) – 45 EUR.

• Submission of documents (by appointment): Daily (except Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays, as well as public holidays) from 09.00 to 12.00 pm.
  Issuance of ready documents (without appointment): from 16.00 to 17.00 pm.
