To obtain a visa

In order to obtain a work visa (category C3), you must submit the following documents:

1. Invitation letter received from an organization/company in Kazakhstan;

2. One 3.5x4.5 color photo;
3. Completed visa application form;
4. A copy of the passport (together with the original);
5. A copy of the permit to attract foreign labor;
6. Receipt of payment of the consular fee to the bank account of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Romania (in the payment specify the name and surname of the applicant)

single-entry visa – 75 euros

multiple-entry visa up to 1 year-170 euros

 

In order to obtain a business visa (category B1, B2 and B3), you must submit the following documents:

1. Invitation letter received from an organization/company in Kazakhstan;

2. One 3.5x4.5 color photo;
3. Completed visa application form;
4. A copy of the passport (together with the original);
5. Receipt for payment of the consular fee to the bank account of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Romania (please indicate the applicant's first and last name in the payment)

single-entry visa - 75 euros

multiple entry up to 1 year – 170 euros

* The passport must expire no earlier than 3 months after the expiry of the requested visa.

In the absence of any of the above-mentioned documents, the application for obtaining the relevant visas will not be accepted for consideration.

Processing of documents and obtaining a visa takes up to 5 working days.     

Reception of citizens is carried out on a on a first-come-first-served basis in accordance with the office hours.
