"Club of Friends" of Kazakhstan is expanding with representatives of the Brazilian media

Brasilia, April 8, 2021 - upon the request of the Brazilian side, Ambassador Bolat Nussupov met with Liz Elaine Lôbo, chief editor of "Embassy Brasília" magazine, director of the media company "Embassy Group".

During the meeting, the Ambassador, noting the celebration of this year with the 30th anniversary of Kazakhstan's Independence, spoke about the country's achievements and ongoing reforms, focusing on the economic component. Regarding cooperation between Kazakhstan and Brazil in the trade and economic sphere, the Ambassador informed about three priorities of interaction: trade, mining industry and the agro-industrial complex.

In turn, the chief editor of magazine highly appreciated the level of interaction between the publication and the Embassy in the past and expressed hope for continued interaction in the future.

At the end of the meeting, the interlocutors, having exchanged views on the prospects for expanding trade and economic cooperation between Kazakhstan and Brazil, discussed a number of events within the bilateral agenda, which can be held online or offline, depending on the pandemic situation in the country.
