Five officers named Abay serve in the police department of Pavlodar oblast: department inspector Captain Abay Erkinzhas, company inspector of the patrol police lieutenant Abay Tynybaev, assistant to the duty central police department of the city of Pavlodar senior sergeant Abay Mulikov, police driver of the southern police department of Pavlodar, petty officer Abai Tuitebekov and policeman Zhelezinsky district police department Sergeant Abay Kaskirbaev.
