We would like to inform you that the consular fee is to be paid after the submission of the application and the verification of all documents by the consular department staff as follows:
Through the bank: The payment must be made through the cashier at the branches of ČSOB Bank to a separate account of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Slovakia.
Through mobile banking: If you have the possibility to make a transfer in euros, the payment can be made directly at the counter when submitting the application.

Regarding the refund of paid consular fees
In accordance with paragraph 7, Article 629 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the paid consular fees are non-refundable.
Therefore, before transferring financial funds for consular services to the Embassy’s bank account, we kindly ask you to carefully review the information on consular services, including the amounts of consular fees and the bank account details.
Applications for the refund of financial funds for mistakenly transferred or overpaid consular fees, as well as claims regarding this matter, will not be considered.
