Registration of children who are citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan transferred for adoption (adoption) to foreigners

To obtain the state service "Registration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the implementation by foreign institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan of control over children who are citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan transferred for adoption to foreigners", you must personally contact the Consular Section of the Embassy with the provision of the following documents:

1. Application for registration of children;

2. Personal card for registering children;

3. The original passport of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, issued to a child - a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, transferred for adoption (adoption) to foreigners with a permit from the internal affairs bodies to travel abroad for permanent residence;

4. A notarized copy of the child's passport;

5. A notarized copy of the identity documents of the adoptive parents (daughters);

6. Two color photographs of a child measuring 3.5x4.5 centimeters;

7. A notarized copy of the child's birth certificate;

8. A notarized copy of the adoption certificate;

9. A copy of the court decision to satisfy the application of foreigners for adoption, certified by the court.

Terms of provision of public services: from the date of delivery of the package of documents to the service provider - 5 working days.

The result of the provision of public services: registration of children who are citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, transferred for adoption to foreigners (insert in the passport), or a motivated refusal.

Bank details of the Embassy for paying consular fees

According to clause 7 of article 629 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On taxes and other obligatory payments to the budget (Tax Code)", the consular fees paid are not refundable.

Documents are accepted from 09:30 to 12:30 hours, and the results of the provision of public services are issued from 16:00 to 17:00 hours from Monday to Friday (except Wednesday and weekends, as well as holidays, in accordance with the labour legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan).

The state service is provided at the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan on a first-come, first-served basis, without prior registration and expedited service.
