Each consular institution of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Germany has a separate bank account.

We kindly ask you to be extremely careful when making payments for consular services.

Please note that consular fees paid are non-refundable in the following cases:

• if your application is denied for any reason;
• if the payment was mistakenly directed to another consular institution of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Germany;
• in the case of overpayment for consular services.
  Legal basis: (Paragraph 7, Article 629 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, dated December 25, 2017, No. 120-VI ZRK).
