The process of collection of relevant documents of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, foreign citizens and stateless persons, from state bodies and organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Not subject to request:
military IDs (certificates of assignment to a conscription area);
service IDs;
marriage certificates, if the marriage has been terminated (an appropriate certificate is issued);
birth certificates for deceased persons.
Application (in any form).
Three copies of the questionnaire (complete and accurate answers to the questions in the questionnaire, in Kazakh or Russian).
A copy of the identity document of the applicant, legal representative or authorized person.
A copy of the document confirming the applicant's relationship to the person in respect of whom the documents are requested (if necessary).
Original document confirming the powers of the legal representative or authorized person (in case the documents are requested by the representative of the person entitled to their collection).
Consent of the applicant or his/her legal representative or authorized person to the collection and processing of personal data (in any form).
A copy of the requested document (if available).
Original document confirming payment of the consular fee.
* Death certificates may be requested by relatives of the deceased or legal entities for official purposes;
* Applications for requests for reclamation in respect of minors, as well as persons recognized by a court as legally disabled, shall be filed by their legal representatives (parents, guardians, custodians).
Up to 4 months
In case of necessary additional verification by state bodies and organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as sending documents by mail, which requires a long time, the period of reclamation shall be extended for no more than thirty calendar days, about which the applicant shall be informed.
