The Rules for Posting Information and Public Discussion on the Open Budgets Internet portal have been approved

On the basis of the amendments to the Law "On Access to Information", the Ministry of Information and Public Development (hereinafter referred to as the Ministry) is designated as the authorized body in the field of access to information. In this regard, the Ministry approved Order No. 149 of April 30, 2021 "On Approval of the Rules for Posting Information and Public Discussion of Draft Budget Programs (Reports on the implementation of Budget programs) on the Open Budgets Internet portal". The Rules define the procedure for posting information and public discussion of draft budget programs (reports on the implementation of budget programs) on the Internet portal of open budgets.
The rules provide for the obligation for the administrators of budget programs to post a press release on the official and / or publicly available Internet resources, aimed at notifying the public about the timing of public discussions of draft budget programs and reports on the implementation of budget programs.
On the Open Budgets portal, information users are given the opportunity to vote " for " or "against" draft budget programs and reports on the implementation of budget programs.
