The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as part of the large-scale Taza Kazakhstan campaign, has developed a new service for submitting applications on urban and environmental issues through the convenient telegram chatbot TazaQazBot.
This will allow every concerned resident of the country to instantly photograph problem areas or upload pictures from the gallery, specify the location and describe the problem in detail.
