Press release to the Draft Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 14, 2018 № 178 «On Approval of the Application Form for Participation in an International Group and Rules for its Filling» (hereinafter - the Draft)

This Project is developed in accordance with subparagraph 2) of paragraph 1 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 13, 2022 № 872 «On measures to debureaucratize the activities of the state apparatus», which provides that one of the principles of debureaucratization is digitalization by default - the priority of comprehensive interaction of government agencies with citizens, businesses and among themselves in digital format. And also in order to implement the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 25, 2024 № 68-VIII ZRC «On introducing amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on transfer pricing».

The purpose of the project is to eliminate bureaucracy, optimization and increase the efficiency and transparency of the process of collection and analysis of data related to the activities of taxpayers who submit an application for participation in an international group. Also to bring in line with the amendments to Article 5-1 of the Law, introduced by the Law «On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Transfer Pricing» dated March 25, 2024 № 68-VIII ZRC.
