In order to implement the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the provision of Public Services" dated November 25, 2019 No. 272-VI ZRK and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Civil Protection" dated April 11, 2014 No. 188-V 3PK as amended by the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 25, 2019, the Committee for Industrial Development and Industrial Safety of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan informs about amendments to the "E-licensing" system regarding the provision of public services:
- "Certification of legal entities for the right to carry out work in the field of industrial safety" the deadline for providing the specified public service has been changed from 20 working days to 10 working days;
- "Issuance of permits for the use of technologies, technical devices, materials used at hazardous production facilities, hazardous technical devices" the deadline for the provision of this public service has been changed from 15 calendar days to 7 working days.
