State Inspection Committee in the Agroindustrial complex of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The State Institution «Committee for State Inspection in the Agro-Industrial Complex of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan» (hereinafter referred to as the «Committee») exercises leadership in the agro-industrial complex sector regarding plant protection and quarantine, grain market regulation, pedigree livestock breeding, and seed production.

The Committee carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, and this Regulation.

The Committee is a legal entity in the organizational-legal form of a state institution; it possesses seals and stamps bearing its name in the Kazakh language, uses official letterheads of a prescribed format, and maintains accounts with treasury authorities in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Committee enters into civil law relations in its own name.

The Committee has the right to act as a party to civil law relations on behalf of the State, provided it is authorized to do so in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Committee makes decisions on matters within its competence in the manner prescribed by legislation; such decisions are formalized through orders issued by the Committee Chairperson and other acts provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
