The State Institution "Department of Agriculture, Land Relations, and Entrepreneurship of the City of Kurchatov, Abai Region" (hereinafter referred to as the Department) implements state policy in the areas of agriculture, land relations, and the development of small and medium-sized businesses in the city of Kurchatov.
Currently, there are two peasant farms and one farm in the city. The main problem facing agriculture in Kurchatov is the lack of agricultural land. However, despite this, slight growth has been observed.
Gross agricultural output for January-September 2025, against the target of 524.1 million tenge, was fulfilled by 563.7 million tenge, with a historical index of 95.3%.
