In 2010, he graduated from the British University of York with a Bachelor degree in philosophy, political science and economics under the Bolashak International Scholarship Programme, in 2011 - from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) with a Master's degree in social sciences. |

From 2014 to 2016 - Deputy Director of the Department for Formation of Tariff and Institutional Policy of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2016 to 2017 - Managing Director of Kazakhtelecom JSC.
From 2017 to 2019 - Chairman of the Board of JSC National Agency for Technological Development, after transformation - Chairman of the Board of JSC «QazTech Ventures» (part of the structure of «NMH «Baiterek» JSC).
