Makhambet Theater in Taldykorgan

 The Atyrau Academic Kazakh Drama Theater named after Makhambet has arrived in the city of Taldykorgan on a tour for art enthusiasts. Yesterday, the theater troupe presented the drama «Kyr Balasy» by Ä. Rakhat to the audience.

In the coming days, the following performances will be staged: On April 22, «Bayandy Baq» based on the work «Öñ men tüs» by M. Otarbayev, On April 23, a performance based on the short story collection «Kishkentai auldagy Ülken makhabbat» by B.Sarybai, On April 24, «Makhabbat, qyzyq mol zhyldar» based on the novel of the same name by Ä. Nurshaikhov.

The main goal of the tour is to strengthen cultural ties, establish close engagement with local residents through theatrical art, and promote the culture of Western Kazakhstan in other regions of the country.
