Department of State Architectural and Construction Control of East Kazakhstan region

1) implementation of state policy in the field of architecture, urban planning, construction, development of industrial base of construction industry;
2) conducting monitoring under construction (planned to construction) objects and complexes in order established by the authorized body for architecture, urban planning and construction;
3) implementation of state architectural-building control and supervision over the quality of construction, application of administrative measures established by the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on administrative offenses to violators of architectural and urban planning discipline at these facilities;
4) licensing in the field of architectural, urban planning and construction activities;
5) making decisions on the application of the provided legislative measures to violators in connection with violations and deviations from the legislation, state regulatory requirements, conditions and restrictions established in the field of architectural,
6) certification of experts for the right to carry out expert works and engineering services in the field of architectural, urban planning and construction activities;
7) organization and supervision of the quality of project documentation;
8) accreditation of organizations for project management in the field of architecture, urban planning and construction;
9) implementation of other functions provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
