«Ulystyn uly kuni – uly toy»

As part of the celebration of Nauryznam, the event «Ulystyn uly kuni – uly toy» was held in the East Kazakhstan region museum-reserve for students of secondary school No. 35. Children learned about the traditions and customs of celebrating Nauryz, about the cyclical «12-year animal calendar» – «Zhylkaiyru» and the legend «How animals celebrated the New Year». National games, competitions and quizzes were held for schoolchildren.

The youth theater «Shabyt» performed theatrical performances «Kydyr ata» and a production based on the work of O. Bokey «Melodies of the Times». The honorary guests of the holiday and participants of the concert program were the ensemble «Akniet» from the House of Friendship-the center of public harmony and the dance ensemble «Karlygashym» from the children's art school «Zhuldyz».
