The event «Autumn Kuzminki»

From November 11 to November 22, the folk festival «Autumn Kuzminki» is held in the East Kazakhstan Museum-Reserve for schoolchildren of the city. This is the day that the Slavs fell on November 14 – farewell to autumn and welcome to winter. At the event, pupils get acquainted with the history and traditions of the holiday, proverbs and folk signs are heard, games are held, and an exhibition of ancient objects of Russian life is presented.
