-improvement of conditions for comfortable living, work and recreation. The development of the social sphere is a comprehensive goal focused on international standards of quality of life for the population and can be achieved by solving the following tasks::
- providing the population with the necessary conditions for a full life and self-realization,
- improving the quality of education, medicine, cultural life, and social protection,
- functioning of social facilities and sports facilities.
