The main theses of the election program:
- ensuring walking distance to medical organizations providing primary health care until 2028;
- providing school-age children from socially vulnerable families in educational institutions, all primary school students with free hot meals;
- monitoring the launch of an office equipment rental program for children who do not have computers, and providing the opportunity for students from socially vulnerable families to rent computers free of charge;
- to achieve the construction of basketball and volleyball courts in every district of the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk;
- to solve problems with housing for young families under the "7-20-25" program.
