On November 14 of this year, in the central park of the village of Sharyn, Uyghur district of Almaty region, a district-wide "Enbekpen-irs!" a straw wedding celebration was organized. Despite the bad weather, people watched the traditional holiday until the end and were in high spirits.

The work of agricultural workers is huge in our success in improving the social and economic situation of our village. Despite the difficulties of the market society, there are many people who are contributing to the development of the rural economy by reviving our traditional profession - agriculture.

"Saban Toi" is a national tradition of generosity and charity, a labor holiday of a hardworking country. In 1996-1998, each family was given its share of arable land, and new farms were established. Since then, every year, farmers of the district have been getting abundant harvests using various new technologies.

The proof of the improvement of the rural economy shows that today's Sharyn village people live at a high level. The event continued with a concert program, where hardworking farm workers were awarded with certificates and gifts. After that, a table dedicated to labor veterans was served.
