Mission of the East Kazakhstan Region Department of Tourism :
To develop and promote the tourism potential of the region as a key driver of sustainable socio-economic growth; to create favorable conditions for attracting and serving tourists; to preserve and promote the cultural, natural, and historical heritage of East Kazakhstan; to support innovative and environmentally responsible initiatives in tourism; to improve the quality of tourism services; and to strengthen the region’s image as an attractive and safe destination for both domestic and international tourism.
