
Born on July 8, 1980 in Shymkent city.
In 2001, he graduated from the Kazakh State Law University, in 2003 from the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.
2004-2007 - worked in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan: attache, third secretary of the State Protocol Service, third secretary of the Department of Europe and Africa, third, second secretary of the Registrar Office of the Ministry;
2007 -2011 - worked in the office of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan: chief expert of the secretariat of the Chairman of the Senate, chief consultant, head of sector of interparliamentary relations and international cooperation unit, deputy head, head of unit for interaction with the International Relations, Defense and Security Committee;
2011-2012 - Head of South Asia and the Middle East division of the Asia and Africa Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
