Graduated from the Higher Border Command School of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 1998;

Graduated from the Combined Arms Academy of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in 2007;

Completed advanced training courses at the Military Academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in 2022.

Awarded the Order of Aibyn named after Baurzhan Momyshuly (Second Class), as well as departmental medals and breast badges.

Holds the title of Honorary Border Guard.

 

Карьера

From 1998 to 2022, served in officer and senior leadership positions within the Border Service of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

From 2022 to 2024, served as Deputy Director of the Border Service of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

Since August 2024, serves as First Deputy Director – Chief of the Main Staff of the Border Service of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
