Born in 1976. Graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Kostanay Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He is a philosopher, a philosophy teacher, and a lawyer by profession. Candidate of Philosophical Sciences.

Карьера

He began his career as a teacher at the Almaty Law Institute, and then at the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. He held various positions in the office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. He worked as Deputy Head of the Administrative Department, Head of the Department of Personnel Work and Protection of State Secrets of the Senate of the Parliament. He was appointed Deputy Chief of Staff of the Senate of the Parliament, Deputy Head of the Department of Internal Policy of the Presidential Administration.

Since June 2019 - Deputy Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs.

On January 11, 2022, by Decree of the Head of State, he was appointed Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs.
