HR policy

The personnel policy direction implements the unified state personnel policy in the system of internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Tasks:

1) implementation of the unified personnel policy in the internal affairs system as an integral part of the state personnel policy;

2) planning and monitoring of personnel activities, development of information system of personnel management;

3) organization of activities on reform and development of the internal affairs system;

4) implementation of unified organizational and personnel policy in the internal affairs system;

5) organization of service in the internal affairs department;

6) implementation of departmental education policy in the internal affairs system;

7) organization of professional and ideological development in internal affairs.
