Operational and criminalistic activities

Operational and criminalistic activity is an independent structural unit of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Functions:

• The introduction of forensic tools and methods into the investigative and operational-search work of law enforcement agencies, ensuring their use in the prevention, detection and investigation of crimes.
• Implementation of operational and criminalistic activities related to the technical and criminalistic support of criminal proceedings, the formation and maintenance of forensic records, the production of forensic research in criminal cases and cases of administrative offenses, as well as operational search materials.
• Organization of Operational and criminalistic activities.
